When you apply for a place

We use the information about the child and guardians that you provide in the application to process it and contact you about it. The required details in the form are needed for us to process the application.

When you share feedback or make a complaint

We use the information you provide in your case, including any contact details, to receive, investigate and follow up on your feedback or complaint.

What allows us to process your data?

Data needed for the preschool’s work is processed to perform tasks in the public interest under the Swedish Education Act. Complaints are also handled to fulfil the preschool operator’s duties to receive and investigate complaints.

Storage and access

The information is accessible to authorised Samklang staff and to IT service providers that need to process it for hosting, storage and secure sign-in.

We keep personal data for as long as it is needed to handle the application or matter and meet our duties as a preschool. Data subject to legal retention requirements may need to be kept longer.

Cookies and technical information

We use a cookie for your language choice and a session cookie containing a temporary ID for sign-in and secure forms. Both are set by our website and last for the browser session. They may remain if your browser restores the session. We do not use cookies for analytics or marketing.

Technical data may be processed to operate, troubleshoot and secure the website.

Your rights

You can contact us for information about the personal data we process and request corrections. Depending on the processing, you may also have the right to erasure, restriction, objection or to obtain your data. We assess requests under the applicable rules.
